Smart BX2
The BX2 is a 215 Watt mono power amplifier into 8 Ohms. The Advance Paris development team was inspired by the X-A1200 reference amplifier to create the BX2 amplifier. This amplifier can drive all types of speakers and is totally versatile for HiFi or home cinema use.
The BX2 integrates selected best components and special effort has been made on the power supply part. The oversized toroidal transformer combined with 10,000 uF/80 V capacitors allows the BX2 to deliver a high current level. The BX2 provides Cinch (unbalanced input) or XLR (balanced input) connectors, switchable on the rear panel. The BX2 has a High Bias function, which allows the amplifier to deliver the first watts in a similar Class A.
After that, the amplifier will operate in Class AB. Gain adjustment (-12,-6,-3 or 0dB, dimmer switch, upgradeable port and dual-wire speaker terminals complete the unique features of this audiophile mono power amplifier.
