ATC SIA2-150 – Hi-End Integrated Amplifier

The ATC SIA2-150 is the English brand's reference integrated amplifier , capable of 150 W per channel and ideal for driving ATC's Entry Series and Classic Series speakers . It boasts 5 high-quality analog inputs and preamplified outputs for connection to any active subwoofers or power amplifiers .

The name itself contains all the specifications: SIA stands for Stereo Integrated Amplifier, “ 2 ” for the number of channels, and 150 indicates the power output in Watts per channel. It features a massive power supply capable of delivering a whopping 150 W per channel into 8 Ohms in class AB , the first two-thirds of which is in class A.

Design Made in ATC

The design , curated by founder Billy Woodman, is inspired by the visual appeal of professional electronics from the 50s and 60s, reinterpreted with a more modern key.

The finely machined 12mm thick titanium-anodized aluminum front panel offers essential controls: volume adjustment and input selection only; there are no front panel displays, tone, or balance controls. Two small buttons correspond to Standby and Monitor.

All controls are also possible from the remote control included in the package.

The SIA2-150 uses the same gain reduction and protection circuitry that ATC integrates into its 2- and 3-way active loudspeakers to prevent amplifier clipping at high output levels, improving performance and protecting the speakers from potential driver damage.

The output volume adjustment is achieved via a precision potentiometer.

The signal domain is completely analog: it boasts 5 stereo RCA inputs, including CD, Tuner, AV, Aux and Rec In. The connections are completed by 3 stereo analog RCA outputs: Sub Out for connecting active subwoofers, Pre Out for connecting any power amplifiers and Rec Out.
