CONFIGURATION FLEXIBILITY
The AVC-X6800H offers many configuration options and flexibility to tailor your home theater to your needs. It supports 13.4-channel processing capability, pre-amplifier mode, and optional Dirac Live upgrade (for a fee).
AL32 Processing technology
AL32 Processing, a proprietary Denon analog waveform reproduction technology, supports up to 192 kHz sampling rate and performs 32-bit expansion at the amplifier. The technology completely suppresses noise associated with D/A conversion to reproduce low-level signals with optimum clarity that will bring out all the delicate nuances of the music. 'AL32 Processing Multi-Channel' means that the technology is applied to all channels and all input sources.

Dolby Surround upmixer channels every speaker to create 3D audio sensations from traditional content. HDMI Connectivity with ARC/eARC
Supports the latest technology on all HDMI inputs and outputs. ARC (Audio Return Channel) or eARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel) makes it easy to play TV audio through your AV amplifier, with just one HDMI connection.
eARC provides HD and 3D audio transmissions such as Dolby TrueHD, DTS HD Master Audio, and Dolby Atmos, while ARC is limited to conventional 5.1-channel or PCM audio formats.

Denon AV amplifiers use the Audyssey suite of EQ software for easy and accurate setup and calibration. With the included Audyssey measurement microphone, Audyssey measures all the speakers in your home theater system and optimizes the AV amplifier to provide the smoothest and best overall listening experience for your room. This AV amplifier supports Audyssey MultEQ XT32 and SubEQ HT, Audyssey's most advanced room correction technology. Other supported Audyssey features include Dynamic EQ, Dynamic Volume, and LFC (Low Frequency Containment)
Audyssey MultEQ Editor App
You can go even further with the Audyssey MultEQ Editor app, which takes you behind the scenes to view and adjust settings for detailed tuning, allowing you to tailor the sound more precisely to your room’s specific concerns and tailor the sound to your preferences. Subwoofer Outputs and Settings
Immerse yourself in defined and evenly distributed bass. Equipped with up to four subwoofer outputs for better distribution of low frequencies and better reproduction. No audible peaks or attenuation: just powerful and enveloping bass.
Change the subwoofer settings to your preference when more than two subwoofers are connected. Select "Standard" if you want evenly distributed bass performance. Select "Directional" if you want more directional bass performance, perfectly integrated into the speaker channel closest to each subwoofer in the room.
Preamplifier mode
Your Denon AV amplifier can function as a perfect AV preamplifier, with the latest HDMI connectivity. Preamplifier mode provides a cleaner signal path and greater tolerance in clipping level by disconnecting the internal amplifiers.
Add the flexibility to disconnect selected speaker channels so you can use your AV amplifier's built-in amplification to drive non-critical channels, resulting in a clearer signal path for channels driven by external amplification.
Multi Source Room
This AV amplifier supports three audio sources and three zones. Enjoy surround sound in the main room and a separate source in the second room, or play the main audio source so everyone in the house can enjoy it.
Setup Assistant
The award-winning Denon Setup Assistant provides clear, easy-to-follow instructions to get you started. Simply connect the AV amplifier to your TV and follow the on-screen instructions in high definition to connect speakers, take measurements, and connect source devices. For added convenience, the AV amplifier automatically renames HDMI inputs when connected — or you can manually rename them to your liking.
Dirac Live
