Emit 25C - A dedicated center channel for multi-channel systems
It's essentially an Emit 30, turned on its side, with the mid/bass drivers on either side of the tweeter. The drivers are the same; the crossover is the same, with a different box and port setup.

But that's not a disservice; quite the opposite. It means you get total coherence between the center speaker and the two flanking it (be they Emit 10, 20, 30 or even 50), along with any others you place around your listening position.

High quality mid/bass drivers
The Emit 25C uses the same 14cm MSP woofers as the Emit 10 and Emit 30. MSP stands for Magnesium Silicate Polymer. It’s a material Dynaudio developed decades ago and has since perfected for use in all of Dynaudio’s most legendary loudspeakers (including the Confidence, Contour, Heritage Special, and many more). MSP provides just the right combination of lightness, stiffness, and damping to reproduce your material with all the detail the artist intended you to hear.

Each cone is cast in one piece, with an integrated dust cap. The "balance ribs" you'll see in the center are connected directly to the voice coil, so the entire mechanism moves as one piece, bringing with it immense control and detail over its sound.

The voice coils themselves are made of lightweight aluminum wire, coated with a thin layer of copper. We used aluminum here on the two-layer fiberglass former because its weight doesn't impede the movement of the driver. The copper layer means it can harness more of the magnetic energy generated by the dual-stack ferrite magnet system. It magnifies the energy flow for more power, without sacrificing agile dynamics.

Tweeter Cerotar
Emit uses the highly regarded Cerotar tweeter from the Dynaudio Evoke series. It is a high-quality high-frequency driver and includes the innovative Hexis internal dome that defeats resonance.
