Dv 20X2-H (high output) and Dv 20X2-L (low output) phono cartridge

Description
For over 35 years Dynavector has established an enviable reputation for producing high quality, affordable moving coil cartridges. In particular the High Output models which are designed to work with MM inputs eliminating the need for changing equipment or the use of setup devices required for lower output cartridges. The exceptional performance of Dynavector High Output moving coil cartridges can be attributed to Dynavector’s uniquely designed coil winder capable of utilizing extremely fine coil wire providing a high power to mass ratio.

Features and improvements
The DV-20X has a solid aluminum alloy body and a similar rigid magnetic structure to the XX-2MKII. The cantilever is a 6mm long hard aluminum tube with a Micro-Ridge stylus. Flux damping and softened magnetism along with powerful neodymium magnets give the 20X2H a healthy 2.8mV output, suitable for most MM inputs. The 20X2L has a 0.3mV output ideal for most MC phono stages.

There are high and low output versions of their 20X2 to ensure the best end result. The high output model is suitable for tube preamps or electronics that only offer MM inputs, while the low output version offers excellent performance when combined with dedicated moving coil inputs.
