Epson 4K PRO-UHD is not just a resolution specification – it encompasses all the factors that impact imaging performance, including white and colour brightness, contrast, HDR10 and colour processing, as well as the capabilities of receiving, processing and projecting 4K content.

High Dynamic Range
HDR technology offers an optimal viewing experience by increasing the contrast ratio between the darkest and lightest areas of the screen. The image thus acquires more depth, allowing you to see details like never before. But that's not all: the colors are also brighter, for more intense, natural and immersive images. HDR support now allows you to benefit from the latest HDR content available.

High color rendering

3LCD technology, without “rainbow effect”
Avoid the rainbow effect with Epson projectors, which use three separate LCD panels to simultaneously project red, green and blue light.

Typically, 1-chip DLP projectors use a color wheel to project colors sequentially, resulting in unnatural bands of color, referred to as the “rainbow effect,” rather than sharp edges.

Extremely wide color range
The ultra-wide color gamut increases the range of true-to-life colors, while the high contrast ratio ensures deep blacks for sharp details in shadow areas.

Smoother and more uniform images
Even the most action-packed scenes remain razor-sharp thanks to Frame Interpolation and Detail Enhancement technology. To reduce motion blur, Frame Interpolation inserts new frames between existing ones. As a result, motion blur is eliminated and motion pictures appear much clearer and sharper.

Epson offers quick and easy installation thanks to an unrivalled zoom ratio and lens shift: up to ± 96.3% vertically and up to ± 47.1% horizontally. Plus, with motorised zoom, focus and lens shift, you can store up to 10 positions at the touch of a button, allowing you to freely select the aspect ratio you need. The high quality of the optical zoom also allows for shorter cables, minimising any signal degradation. The projector can also be calibrated to ISF standards for even greater control.
