Epson launches its Professional Home 4K laser projector range

The EH-Q Series offers cutting-edge technology and brilliant images up to 1,000 inches for an unprecedented home entertainment experience.

With three new professional laser models for the home, Epson is introducing a new range of high-end lifestyle projectors. The EH-Q Series includes the EH-QB1000W/B, EH-QL3000W/B, and EH-QL7000W/B, each offering an immersive, professional-quality experience to transform any space into a cinema—from dedicated media spaces to well-lit living areas. Whether watching movies, sporting events, or gaming, these compact, easy-to-setup projectors are packed with cutting-edge technology and project bright images up to 1,000 inches.

All new models are based on advanced 3LCD laser technology, to deliver Super Resolution 4K (3840x2160) images up to 300 inches for the EH-QB1000 model and up to 1,000 inches for the EH-QL3000 and EH-QL7000. Brightness is 10,000 lumens for the EH-QL700, ensuring an immersive and ultra-bright experience, 6,000 lumens for the EH-QL3000 and 3,300 lumens for the EH-QB1000. These brightness levels offer an optimal viewing experience in a wide range of environments, without limiting installation.

With a dynamic contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1 for well-defined shadows and even deeper blacks, these new professional home projectors feature several advanced image-enhancing technologies, such as 4K Frame Interpolation for smooth images and Super Resolution to preserve detail in every scene.

Additionally, advanced features such as dynamic tone mapping for frame-by-frame visual quality, HDR10+ (EH-QB1000) and HDR10 (EH-QL3000 and EH-QL7000) for more vivid and realistic colors, enable an extraordinary viewing experience for both movies and sports. Thanks to HDMI 2.1 connectivity, 4K 120Hz operation, and Auto Low Latency mode, they offer an incredibly smooth gaming experience, while the spectacular picture quality on large screens makes them perfect for sports simulation.

Compatible with a variety of interchangeable lenses, the high-end EH-QL3000 and EH-QL7000 models are easily configured to achieve the desired image size and optimal quality in any multimedia space. Options include an ultra-short-throw lens and zero offset, allowing for discreet installation on surfaces such as ceilings. Interchangeable lenses also allow for easy adjustment of the throw distance to project images from different distances without moving the projectors.

Compatible with a wide range of IP control systems, the projectors can be integrated into existing installations and offer many other benefits, including easy customization. The wide-range motorized lens shift, combined with motorized zoom and focus, make the projectors quick and easy to set up, while near-instant warm-up and cool-down times contribute to their exceptional convenience, energy efficiency, and long laser life (20,000 hours). Furthermore, with integrated support for Crestron, Control4, and RS232C/wired LAN, the range can easily be integrated into a smart home network for an even more convenient viewing experience.
