The Hegel H190v delivers 150 watts per channel into eight ohms with a damping factor of 4,000. The basis of the Hegel H190v is a large toroidal transformer combined with high quality output transistors. There is a separate, improved power supply for the preamp and DAC section.

Thanks to the built-in phono preamplifier, turntables with MM elements can be connected directly to the amplifier. The phono preamplifier is a scaled-down version of the Hegel V10 phono preamplifier.
