The EVO3 Initium is IsoTek's entry-level cable, which guarantees optimal power supply and sets new standards in its price range. It should therefore soon become the standard for all hi-fi and home cinema enthusiasts who want to replace the cheap cables supplied with their devices with high-quality network cables.

Characteristics
STRUCTURE: The conductors are parallel and slightly twisted. This proven technology has proven to be an effective shield against electromagnetic and high-frequency interference.

A) Conductor: High purity, 99.9999% oxygen-free copper conductors provide excellent conductivity. They are less likely (than solid core cables) to become brittle over time.

B) Dielectric: A Teflon FEP (perfluoroethylene propylene) dielectric is chemically inert and has a very low dielectric constant over a wide frequency range. FEP has very high resistance to stress cracking and a low coefficient of friction, making it an ideal material for dielectrics due to its heat resistance and good electrical insulation.

C) Insert: A cotton insert gives the cable greater internal stability and reduces microphony. In addition, cotton has excellent dielectric properties.

D) Covering: A paper covering separates the inner conductors from the flexible PVC sheath. The combination of paper, cotton and PVC further improves the dielectric properties.

E) Jacket: With an outer PVC jacket, the cable is not only particularly flexible, but also mechanically elastic.

TERMINATION: The Initium cable is terminated using IsoTek's custom molded Audiophile grade connectors made of solid OFC.
