The new Marantz CD 60 CD player is designed to play your CD collection in superior quality, using highly advanced circuitry and premium components. And with the USB-A port, you can also play your collections on Hi-Res music files.

Using HDAM Modules
CD 60 employs the latest HDAM amplifier modules, a proprietary Marantz technology, used in the analogue output stage.

The new HDAMs (Hyper Dynamic Amplifier Modules) are superior in their overall response to IC chip solutions found in other products and, further optimised, allow for a more controlled current flow, leading to a significant decrease in high-frequency distortion compared to previous generations, for unrivalled musicality and detail from every recording.

High quality components
The CD60 features a new class-leading D/A converter (up to 192kHz/24bit and DSD 5.6MHz) for optimum musical fidelity with incredible clarity across the entire frequency range. You can also choose between two filter options, with Filter 1 offering a gentle roll-off while Filter 2 provides a sharper roll-off, for more precise imaging.

The exclusive Marantz HDAM-SA2 high-performance headphone amplifier circuit has three gain settings for perfect matching with virtually any headphone; the headphone amplifier can also be turned off when not in use, eliminating any unwanted interference.

Not just a CD player
In addition to its astonishing CD playback quality, the CD 60 features a USB-A port on the front panel, allowing playback of a wide range of digital files such as MP3, WMA, AAC and WAV, FLAC HD, ALAC, AIFF (up to 192 kHz/24 bit) and DSD (up to 5.6 MHz) from a connected USB storage device.
