It’s also perfect for anyone who wants to transform their 2-channel HiFi stereo setup into a 5.1 surround sound cinema experience. The M6x 250.4/2’s 4 channels allow you to power both the center and surround speakers, as well as the subwoofer.
You can connect your AV preamp/processor with fully balanced RCA or XLR cables. The XLR connection also improves the sound quality and maintains clean signal transmission.
The M6x 250.4/2 will not only please you with its sound quality, but also with its high-quality metalwork and overall clean appearance. The front panel, finished in black or silver, is a custom-made, slim-line aluminum extrusion.

Connections

The new M6x 250.4/2 offers one gold-plated RCA input and one balanced XLR input per channel. If you have XLR outputs on your preamp, we always recommend using a balanced connection. This type of signal transmission results in higher dynamics, less noise and better signal-to-noise ratios. If you need the same signal on multiple inputs, for example, for bi-amping, you can use the gold-plated RCA loop-through output and distribute the signal to the next input. The gold-plated, isolated speaker output terminals accept 4mm banana plugs, spade connectors or bare wire. The trigger input/output allows you to switch the device on/off via other components.
