Sophisticated and contemporary design

The reductive nature of the C3 Continuous Curved Cone™ appearance is also reflected in the minimalist design of the 5000 Series, with its sophisticated yet contemporary lines leaning towards the elegant form of the latest Concept speaker series. The baffle faces are laminated with a layer of butyl rubber and black acrylic trim, not only providing a damping layer to suppress vibrations occurring in the baffle, but to provide an eye-catching counterpoint to the aesthetically clean front presentation uninterrupted by any fixings.

Featuring a design borrowed from the Concept series but in a new housing, the high-frequency driver is completely hermetically sealed and mechanically isolated from the front baffle to protect it from internal cabinet pressure and mid/bass driver resonances.
Advanced mid/bass driver design provides increased power handling.
Point-2-PointTM (P2P) internal bracing stiffens the cabinet to minimize low-frequency vibrations while sharpening the stereo image and enhancing the soundstage.
