Ania Pro Moving Coil Head
The latest addition to the Rega MC cartridge range, the Ania Pro uses the advanced Vital profile Diamond stylus. This profile is designed to extract as much detail as possible from the vinyl surface. The Ania Pro delivers warm, clean bass and accurate top end frequencies to deliver a well-balanced and detailed performance.
Utilising the unique hand-wound micro coil found throughout the rest of the MC range, the Ania Pro is housed in a unique, highly rigid PPS body, ensuring accurate construction and Rega’s three-point fixing method which provides the optimum connection to the headshell. The new body is protected by a CAD designed red hard cover to protect the fine internal wires, making handling on site safe and risk free.
The Ania Pro features a super high power neodymium magnet and a meticulously hand wound coil on a micro iron cross. This miniature assembly allows us greater freedom in tracking the groove in the vinyl ensuring more detail from your record.
All these features combine to deliver a balanced and dynamic performance that will engage you with your vinyl like never before. The Ania Pro is the perfect partner for your Planar 3, Planar 6 or Planar 8 turntable. Any assembly by our technicians is carried out by expert hands using the original Rega dice and dynamometer.
