Rega P1
The Planar 1 is Rega’s easiest-to-use turntable ever, thanks to its pre-set bias adjustment.

Simply place the counterweight on the back of the tonearm, sliding it in as far as it will go, remove the stylus protector, and choose the vinyl you want to listen to.

Characteristics

Arm
The all-new RB110 tonearm uses the latest technologies introduced by Rega for its high-end tonearms. Zero-tolerance bearings ensure minimal friction. The Planar 1 is Rega's most plug-and-play turntable thanks to automatic bias adjustment.

Head
The Planar 1 comes with the Rega Carbon cartridge already fitted.

Motor
The Planar 1 is Rega's first entry-level turntable to feature a 24V synchronous motor, a new PCB, and an aluminum pulley. This reduces background noise and improves rotational stability.

Base in white, black or walnut
The base with a black, white or walnut effect finish (new for 2022) and the new position of the on/off switch make the Rega P 1 even more elegant; and easy to fit into any environment.

Pin
Redesigned brass pin to provide better fit and reduce stress on the pin itself while reducing potential energy transfer.

Dish
The new platter (23 mm) in phenolic resin with a greater mass ensures a better flywheel effect and better rotation stability.

Feet
New feet to ensure greater stability and reduce vibration transfer.

Engine cover
New engine cover with integrated cooling.
