Using an in-house manufactured ultra-low noise toroidal transformer, the RCD-1572MKII's analog and digital audio circuits, function control circuits and CD mechanism motor power circuits are powered by individual transformer output windings, each with dedicated voltage and current regulators for noise isolation. Further isolation optimizations are achieved with custom circuit layout techniques that ensure the resulting audio is electrically and physically separated, clean and free of unwanted distortion.

A high-quality Texas Instruments 32-bit digital-to-analog converter is supported by Rotel's proprietary Balanced Design Concept design method with custom external analog output filters that ensure exceptionally accurate frequency response.

A fully balanced and truly differential XLR Balanced output, an RCA output and a coaxial digital output offer maximum flexibility in connecting to your favorite sound system.

The smooth-action CD tray loader and front panel display ensure flawless playback of your favorite discs using the intuitive IR remote control or front panel control buttons integrated into an efficiently sized 2U chassis for seamless operation and maximum convenience. RS232, 12V trigger and IR remote input provide easy integration with popular control systems. Optional rack ears are available.
