Integrating seamlessly into modern living spaces with a refined design, the VPL-XW5000ES is the world’s most compact native 4K laser projector. We designed the VPL-XW5000ES to be even more compact and lightweight than its predecessors, developing a brand new native 4K SXRD panel and wide dynamic range lens. The projector has an approx. 30% smaller volume and approx. 35% lighter weight than the VPL-VW790ES, while maintaining the same high brightness.

We've reduced the amount of virgin plastic used for the main body by more than 25% and packaging materials by more than 15% compared to the VPL-VW790ES.
Smoothness of on-screen motion
Ideal for action and sports, 4K Motionflow™ technology inserts additional frames to reduce motion blur on the screen, for smoother, sharper motion. Cinema purists can choose “True Theatre” mode to maintain the original frame rate of 24 fps.

Ideal for gamers, Input Lag Reduction dramatically reduces delays before images appear on the screen. Stay one step ahead of the competition with ultra-fast response times for even more thrilling gaming action. The VPL-XW5000ES supports 4K input at 60Hz with an input lag of less than 21ms and 2K input at 120Hz with an input lag of less than 13ms.

Anamorphic lens compatibility with 4K signals allows you to use traditional anamorphic lenses, even when watching 4K content. V-stretch for 4K ensures your favorite formats are displayed correctly.
