With 1000W of power this amplifier controls every speaker effortlessly. Thanks to VOLTAiR technology it is fast, direct and highly efficient with exceptional sound.
Custom design
The Performer m1000 can be equipped with a black, red or silver decorative panel included in the scope of delivery. This gives you a choice of three color variations for the chosen base color.
The decorative panels stick with the help of a powerful neodymium magnet. No tools are needed to change them.
Better safe than sorry
The Performer m1000 has a DC voltage protection circuit and an output overload limiter.
If direct current (DC) is detected, the output stage automatically switches off and the Protect LED lights up red.
To protect the output from overdriving, an LDR (light dependent resistance) limiter is used. Since it works optically, the audio quality is not affected. The Protect LED lights up yellow when the limiter responds.
In reference to the m1000, "fit" means adapted. And you can adapt the input sensitivity in 0.5dB steps. From 0dB to -5.5dB.
This is a much more audiophile solution for acoustically problematic rooms or speaker configurations than the preamp's panorama pot.
Additionally, the volume difference of the speakers can be elegantly compensated in bi-amp mode.

The speaker binding posts can accommodate banana plugs and stranded wire up to 4mm in diameter.
For dual-wire operation, both connection types can be used together.
It is not possible to connect speakers with an impedance lower than 2 ohms.
AMP CTL
The power amplifier can be switched on and off using the AMP CTL connection between the Performer m1000 and a preamplifier such as the Director Mk2 or Crossover.
To do this, connect the 3.5 mm jack sockets with a cable with 3.5 mm mono or stereo jack plugs.
Third-party preamps can also turn the Performer m1000 on and off with a 12V trigger.
Keep calm
Inside the Performer m1000, six fans usually do nothing, because 90 percent of the heat is dissipated passively via massive heat sinks.
If it does get very loud for a long time, however, the processor-controlled fans remain virtually inaudible at just 19 dB(A).
