The MK2 version is characterised by the adoption of the detachable cable on the side of the pavilions and the aluminium case holder which allows for greater manageability of the headphones during use.

CHARACTERISTICS
1. Detachable cable. The new detachable cable structure allows for easier maintenance and use of the headphones. The SR - L700Mk2 model uses the same 6-core, low-capacitance 6N (99.9999%) OFC silver-plated copper cable as the flagship SR - 009S model, ensuring signal transmission without losing the freshness of the sound. For the SR - L500MK2 model, the 6-core, low-capacitance HiFC* cable is supplied as an accessory. This copper conductor with a small amount of added titanium not only improves transmission characteristics but also adds greater flexibility in use.

2. Aluminum Case Holder. In the MK2 version, the change in material used adds greater flexibility, and the slightly curved design allows for a more natural fit of the earcups. It also offers greater rigidity, preventing distortion and bending when worn. In open-back headphones, the degree of adhesion of the earcup to the ear contributes to the implementation of low-frequency reproduction.
