The BR04 was born from the desire to improve upon the BR03, pushing its limits while maintaining a compact and affordable format. It impresses with numerous technical optimizations that allow for a richer sound, especially in the bass, while preserving the BOREA DNA.

It features an EFS silk dome tweeter and a 16 cm cellulose mid/woofer. The latter benefits from a new diaphragm profile optimized for better control of low frequencies. The ensemble offers vocal reproduction of great clarity, combined with a natural warmth.

The redesigned bass reflex port on the front panel, combined with a larger cabinet, improves airflow and delivers deeper, more controlled bass. Additionally, the TRIANGLE DVAS system limits cabinet vibrations, ensuring clear, controlled reproduction.

The BR04 features a double binding post that allows for bi-wiring and bi-amplification. The filtering has also been completely redesigned, improving register separation and allowing for purer sound reproduction, particularly appreciated by audiophiles.

With a frequency response of 44 Hz to 22,000 Hz and a sensitivity of 90 dB, the BR04 is ideal for rooms from 10 to 40 m². It offers rich, detailed sound reproduction, perfect for both hi-fi and home theater use.

Extended frequency response
The BR04 is a two-way bookshelf speaker mounted on a dedicated stand and is based on the elements that make BOREA speakers so successful:

- The 25mm silk dome tweeter combined with a waveguide (EFS technology) ensures precise sound and even sound distribution.

The 16 cm diameter mid/woofer is made of a natural cellulose pulp diaphragm for a realistic and warm reproduction of vocal timbres. The diaphragm profile has been redesigned to reduce high-excursion distortion, resulting in clearer sound even at high volumes.

The new BOREA bookshelf speakers are ideal for delivering rich, detailed sound in rooms from 10 to 40 m².

Airflow optimization
The BR04 model features a new bass reflex port on the front that optimizes airflow for deep, controlled bass.

This reduces turbulence and ensures more precise sound reproduction. Its larger cabinet allows for extended bass response and a sound range of 44 to 22,000 Hz with a sensitivity of 90 dB/W.

The front opening allows the BR04 speaker to be placed against a wall without compromising sound quality, making the listening experience richer and more uniform across all rooms.

DVAS SYSTEM
Absorption of parasitic vibrations
TRIANGLE's exclusive DVAS (Driver Vibration Absorption System) reduces vibrations by intelligently integrating the drivers into the cabinet structure. This improves the rigidity of the assembly and dampens all parasitic frequencies.

This process dampens the vibrations generated by the movement of the midrange/woofer.

The result: sound reproduction gains clarity, richness of detail and dynamics.
